Military Leaders have a different mindset. They not only show the way, but, they inspire by taking the first steps themselves. Military Leaders have a different approach. They concentrate more on problem solving rather than getting bogged down. Military Leaders play differently. They aspire to create well collaborative teams, rather than concentrate on a few!

Our Logo and Motto (Believe | Aspire | Excel) have been registered as Device and Word Trademarks of the Institute. The design depicts a human figure in the center representing the human consciousness. Within the human figure are depicted the sensory perceptions and inputs in the form of eyes and ears. The sensory inputs drive the human thought process (based on what we perceive). This further drives our heart. When we attach our feelings and emotions (through our heart), all three being
interconnected will affect each other. This further drives our brain and now the brain becomes mind. Mind is the reflection of unconscious mental processes and our behaviour and therefore, our personality is resultant of our perceptions, mental processing and output in the conscious domain.
Around the human figure is a compass which gives us the direction we all need to follow to reach our destination (goals and success in all our endeavours in life). It also depicts the moral compass which
guides us on the righteous path at all times. We all need to harness the true potential of our minds to achieve success. For this we need to BELIEVE in ourselves, we need to think big and also ASPIRE to
become better and we need to work hard and put in sincere efforts to EXCEL in life.
